We only offer returns and exchanges for defective product from your order to be exchanged with the same product in a new condition. To be qualified for returns and exchanges, the product must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered with all tags and labels are still attached.
All defective products must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order. All defective products must be sent within 2 days after the returns and exchanges report has been received by us and we allow the products to be returned to us for further inspection.
